Ayurveda is a preventive science, which deals with the concept of life and progeny. Disease according to Ayurveda is a derangement, disequilibrium of the functional unit i.e. Tridosha which are influenced by Panchamahabhutas & subtle elements of Triguna. It is at this level the disease process starts. Out of many problems in the present scenario Shukra dosh janya vyadhi includes male infertility as one of the manifestation. Male Infertility is a burning issue which disrupts the life of an individual and it is also considered as a social stigma, creating multiple problems in an individual and family. Hence an attempt is made in the poster to demonstrate the nidana samprapti of disease formation in Ayurveda with special reference to male infertility. The treatment principles to be adopted to tackle such issue with a wholesome approach are also explained which takes care of Sharirik, Mansik, and Social aspects.
